Called this guy out when I was on holiday with my daughter and grandaughter, we were staying at butlins minehead, my daughter's car had a flat tyre and we couldn't get the locking nut off. So we got given the number for Derek. I would like to say.Thank You for your prompt response and assistance. Excellent & lifesaver. While staying in butlins resort my car battery died. Called here and I was greeted warmly and was very helpful in advice. They immediately sent a help to jump start my car. The person came and helped start my car. The charges for the service was very reasonable too. Very Happy and satisfied customer.
